This session is ideal for women who want to know more about their own menopause journey.

Approximately £100 per day per delegate. Charges depend on how many delegates book.

In this session we look at the psychological impact of the menopause. This is the area that comes as a shock to a lot of women, as anxiety and depression can become a real issue for many women.  We will also look at the importance of diet and exercise in relation to the menopause.

This session will cover:

  • Psychological symptoms: low mood, anxiety, anger, depression, etc.
  • Symptom management: CBT techniques; Mindfulness; Emotional Freedom Therapy/Tapping
  • Food and Mood
  • How to implement a self-care regime and why it is important

Looking at what we eat, and when we eat, will have the biggest impact on how we manage the menopause.  We will cover:

  • Why we put on weight during the menopause
  • Managing blood sugar levels for energy
  • Phytoestrogens - what are they and why are they important?
  • Recipe ideas and guides
  • Exercise
