The aim of this virtual course is to raise awareness and understanding of what Emotional Intelligence is and how its importance influences everything we do in our work and personal lives.
By the end of this course you will:

- Know the key components and competencies of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and its relevance in our lives
- Have identified your own emotional competence within each of the four levels of emotional intelligence (pre-course questionnaire)
- Know the effects of emotions have on our behaviour and relationships at work
- Identified situations where Emotional Intelligence plays an important part
- Identified how this subject can help you with challenges going forward.
